Hello to everyone who reads this, I'm Lizzo. I've used this alias for several years and it is currently in use by an original character who has been in development for almost as long.
I have a 3 year BA in Classical Studies and English and am now enrolled in a Video Game Art & Design program (though I am sliding towards the design/creation processes). I enjoy coming up with ideas for stories, some fan-fictions and some original material. Creating characters, their back-stories and working them into something is what I truly enjoy. Most of my artwork will involve concepts for these characters.
I am an aspiring artist, and am only learning the basics at the moment.
I have a relatively cartoony feeling to my art but am trying to branch out. The Illustration and Life Drawing courses in my program are helping me do this, though my new friends are my true inspiration to continue practicing my art.
This summer I hope to begin working on several things including a comic featuring characters based on my classmates with another Deviantartist, as well as the ground work of our very own game with several people.

As a newer artist, I don't really have inspiration from any particular place, I like whatever catches my eye. As I previously stated, a lot of the artwork that will be posted here will be of characters and (hopefully) some scenery for stories I want to write and the game I wish to create.
This summer I will be pushing myself to learn how to use a wacom tablet so that I may go into digital work.
